Persuasive Behavior Change Methodology

During my time working in Stanford’s Persuasive Technology Lab, I created this visual representation of health behaviors as they apply to the Fogg Behavior Grid. The cards describe 15 means to behavior change, and the purpose is to help people, companies, and organizations think more clearly about different psychological strategies and persuasive techniques to get yourself or other people to change behavior.
